Iron Will

When life turned hard,
And the fate seemed ill,
All fell down, I remained still,
Holding me was my Iron Will.

When opportunities were gone,
No matter alone, I still hold on,
I had it in me that greatest skill,
My skill is my Iron Will.

When people depended on luck in life's game,
And some resorted to cheating, what a shame,
My head is high, My body thrill,
My resort is my Iron Will.

When it was hard to stand on my feet,
Life's circumstances were all concrete,
I made a hole in them with my drill,
My drill is my Iron Will.

When the world stood against me under this very sun,
They prayed they lost, I prayed i won,
Nor the death or even the God can kill,
Such is the might of my Iron Will.

Our Hero And The Mountain

The Mountain was tall,
Remember it was not small;
Our Hero took a deep breath,
'I will climb it' he said in a wrath.

A day was fixed for the holy task,
The future of our hero awaits to unmask;
The day arrived, the crowd gathered,
Our hero looked a little bothered.

The atmosphere was quiet, sirens were blown,
The climb started, Half the mountain was easily gone;
Our Hero could smell the win,
But to stop in between is a sin;
This, our hero forget,
In the middle of his quest;
He took rest.

His rest, was abnormally long,
The weather, meanwhile, turned very wrong;
The clouds bursted and the rain started,
Our Hero shivered and now he bothered.

'Oh! I am a fool' he began to cry,
I should have climbed when it was dry;
But our hero is a hero for a reason at all,
When he himself doubted, he decided not to fall.

Our Hero decided to continue his quest,
Until the clouds were empty, he took rest;
The crowds became anxious seeing the hero still,
Thoughts of doubt in their minds began to fill.
A man shouted' Can't you see how tall is that hill,
It's a task which is Impossible;
He will fall, he definitely will'.

Others agreed; they now found the task boring,
Our hero only smiled seeing the crowd leaving.
For he stood firm, he was not doing it for crowd;
He would set an example he has no doubt.

The rain stopped and his journey continued,
Three-Fourth of the mountain was now subdued;
The crowd gathered again and began to cheer,
He was about to win his destination was so near.

'Go! Hero, Go!' the crowd cheered,
But then it happened our hero feared;
For our hero was on a curve, he didn't knew ,
The mountain top was now far just a meters few.

Our hero's difficulty was now double,
Strong winds came, oh! what an extra trouble;
Our Hero doubted, he couldn't see the top;
Strong winds made his feet go off.

But he continued when most would quit,
He was a man fittest among the fit;
He crossed the curve and could see the top,
Seeing his determination the wind stopped.

Last few meters only remained,
Our Hero's strength was totally drained;
He didn't but his body complained.
Our Hero stood tired with no movement,
Too straight to climb was the mountain's slant.

When all men thought this was the end,
Then there a miracle happened;
An earthquake came so violent ,
The strong mountain was forced to bent.
This slight slant was enough,
And off our hero went;
He conquered the mountain,
And his hymns are now being chant.

Paragraph wise explanation

1st para tells us about how we take any task excitedly like our hero did without putting in it a right amount of thought.
2nd para tells us that when we actually prepare for that task we began to bother about it a little.
3rd para signifies the enthusiastic start of our journey when everything seems so simple and we find that the crowd( the atmosphere around us) is so supportive and the destination seems not so far. At this crucial time we become lazy and that is where the trouble starts.
4 para signifies the difficulties( the rain) which arises in our journey due to our own laziness.
5 para tells us about that period in which we blame ourselves because everything is going the opposite of what we have planned but we analyze the situation and decides that we will not quit.
6 para and 7 para signifies the period when the crowd(the atmosphere) doubts you and constantly tells you that you don't have what it takes to achieve your target but you know that nobody but you is the best suited to complete this task.
8 para signifies your sheer determination by which you gradually move towards your target irrespective of the crowd's opinion.
9 para signifies that period when the crowd sees your hard work and determination and they know you are likely to succeed and that's when they change their color and starts praising you.
10 para depicts that period when we are very close to our goal but everybody except us realizes it. The small obstacles encountered in this period seems so big because we have worked too hard that we are afraid of failing.
Last few paragraphs tells us about that period when some people think that they can't do it and the task is too difficult for them and lose all hopes of their success. That's when a force comes into play what many people refers as 'divine intervention' or 'luck' which helps you sail through the ocean of difficulties towards the shore of success.
